Open Play
Do I have to reserve a spot for Open Play?
You aren’t required to reserve a spot, but it would be in your best interest since the number of children for each session is limited and spots fill up fast. Plus you can get discounted play passes online if you are bringing more than one child!

What is the age limit for children who can visit?
Our facility’s play equipment and toys are geared toward children who are between the ages of 0 and 5 years old, however, we allow for older siblings (we call them Bigs) to play with their younger siblings in the play area.

Is there an option for private play?
There is an option for private play sessions (please note that these are not for birthdays or events). If you would like to inquire about a private play session, please shoot us a message inquiry below.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my play session?
We do not offer refunds, but we do allow for store credit if your cancellation is 48 hours before your reserved play session. If your cancellation is done last minute (same day or less than 48 before your reservation), there will be no refund and no store credit.

Classes & Events
Do I have to reserve a spot for a class or event?
Yes, a spot must be reserved for a class or event as we have to plan on making sure we have enough materials and supplies for your smalls to have a great time!

Classes or events will be canceled if there are no registrants.

What is the cancellation policy for a class or event?
Spots are non-refundable and credit will be issued for cancellations 48 hours or more in advance.

Food Restrictions?
Is there food at the play center?
We have a selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase for both our parents and smalls.

Can I bring outside food?
As of right now we do not have any food restrictions and understand that there are parents who need to bring outside food and snacks for their children. The only thing we ask is that you are vigilant on the sanitation of your children’s’ hands before entering the play area. There are children with food allergies and we want them and their parents to feel just as comfortable in our play space.

Party Reservations/Booking FAQs
How early can we reserve a date for our party?
Bookings can be reserved a year in advance.

What’s the latest a reservation can be made?
Bookings must be done at least two weeks prior to your event date. We orchestrate our calendar to reflect open play sessions based on private party bookings, so that our customers are well informed. If you have a last minute party you would like to book, shoot us a message and we can see how we can assist you.

Can we also book for other events such as Baby Showers or pre-k graduations, etc?
Of course! Our parties are not exclusive to birthdays and we love celebrating other major milestones! Our play center can be rented for any kind of celebration where you would need a play space for young children.

I reserved our date online, what happens next?
Yaaay! We are so happy you decided to let us serve you. The next step is to sign the waiver. Our party coordinator will get in touch with you via e-mail within 48 hours to verify some information and start the planning.
Deposit / Service Charge / Gratuity
What is my deposit for reserving our date and time?
The deposit is 50% of your total cost to lock in your date and time.

Is my deposit non-refundable?
Yes, unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable.

Why is there a service charge of 15% and gratuity?
The Gratuity is the desired amount you want to leave our party staff that assisted in organizing and executing your event (set-up, clean-up,etc.). This amount is determined solely by the host after the event. It is not mandatory, however, if you are happy with their service, it’s greatly appreciated. The Service Charge is mandatory per our event agreement. This covers any associated operating costs.

Cancellation Policy

What if I need to cancel my party/event reservation?
Since we are a small business, we depend on our events and birthday parties to keep our play center up and running. This means that we have to make sure that our staff and any expenses are accounted for, even if a cancellation should take place. The guidelines below will apply for each cancellation; please review them thoroughly before booking.

  • Cancellation 3 days before – Full balance due with no rescheduling or credit.
  • Less than 2 weeks before – Cancellation fee of $100; no rescheduling; credit toward a Family +4 pass
  • Two weeks or more (less than a month) – No cancellation fee; no rescheduling available; credit toward a 10 play pass
  • One Month or more – No cancellation fee; rescheduling available; credit toward a 10 play pass

What if my cancellation is COVID related?
If you or anyone you are related to has been exposed to COVID, then your cancellation fee will be waived.Unfortunately, if your cancellation is 3 days or less before your event, the cancellation policy will still apply in which the full balance is due.
